I believe so, although I can't quote Scripture on it.
I've had many of what I call "deja-dreams" where I wake up and wonder who in the world were those people I was dreaming of, and where was I? Years later, the exact event will occur, and I'll remember that dream.
Doesn't help me much in the present however, I never have the opportunity to change it.

I had a dream about a coffee store and then five years later I went to a Starbucks and realized it was the same coffee shop in my dreams...

Yes, they can.
I have had repetitive dreams in the past that showed me situations and people that didn't mean anything until years later.

Many desires do predict destiny activities. contained in the Bible and e book of Mormon there are Prophets who envisioned what's going to happen in the course of the time of the second one coming. a lot of human beings also receive own revelation from god.

i have TONS of deja vu
usually of something stupid like someone sneezing in a restauruant while i look over at a fishbowl or something
