make lots of plain sauce and freeze it....or make a little and add a little from you hot and then freeze your hot in little baggiies and everytime you make spaghetti add a little hot to your spaghetti sauce and that is just like tying a string around your finger to remind you to read the label...sugar won't do it..or potatoes...potatoes will help remove saltbut not hot peppers....you can also use sauce for chili...

Maybe you could add a sugar spoon of sugar in it, I always add sugar when I make spaghetti it cuts the acid in the sauce, or try some baking soda that may help.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to take the heat, as you put it out of it. When you re-heat it, the spiciness will still be there unless you make a bigger batch and add to it. Best to cut your loss and throw it out. Sorry.

Put a potatoe in it, or add some yogurt or sour cream. The potatoe usually works best though.

it's hard to tone the heat out. If i were you, i will try to add more water to dilute it and add some brown sugar to tone it down.

Diluting it is really the only answer, so more tomatoes would help. Make sure they are not Italian flavored, that would not mix well.
