My 10 month old has a fever, and I can't get ahold of the pediatrician. Does anyone have that little chart that says the correct dosage for Tylenol's concentrated liquid for infants? She weighs about 17/18 lbs. I can't seem to find mine!

(BTW, before anyone makes a dumb comment, on the box it just says under age 2 call the doctor for dosage.)

10mg per kg for infants, every 6 hours as needed,17 pounds would be around 7.5 kg or a little more, good luck

Don't ask for an answer to that question on this site. If you are given a wrong answer and you trust it... it may cause fatal harm to your child. Tylenol to a baby or child under 2 years is to be judged by a doctor ONLY... do NOT do anything that is not recommended by your doctor. Call your doctor's office and ask for the doctor's nurse and she will give you int information you need... NEVER ask that kind of question here!!! I am a RN nurse and I would not give you advice on on Tylenol medication dosage regarding a 10 month old baby. Call your doctor!

it has changed now, now is more by weight. just read the label and give what it recommends for now more or less. next time u and baby see pediatrician, have your baby weighed and asked pediatrician how much baby should get more or less baby is not feeling well/fever. thats what i did for my 2nd child. my 1st child was by age only, not weight. also use a cool cloth and use it on forehead. it will also assist on bringing fever down.
