I'm a good person as my society judges good people. To God and to me, I am a wretched sinner saved by the unmerited favor of God through the victory of Jesus Christ. As He strengthens me, I strive to live a life pleasing to God. Though I stumble from time to time, The Holy Spirit continues to reveal God's will for me and gives me power to do better.

By who's standards are we talking? Man's? Jehovah's?

Romans 3:23-24 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

By man's standards I am a good moral person. I have a bad but manageable temper, lustful thoughts, impatiens. All of these are sympathized by everyone and all humans can relate and accept those short comings.

But if I want to be accountable for my actions then I must subject myself to a higher authority than man. As Yeshua said:

Matthew 5:48 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

We are all sinners and will continue to sin but we can take our sin to God and ask for forgiveness. Being accountable and asking for forgiveness is the first step. Then trying your best moment by moment to renew your mind and give up your sinful ways whether they be stealing, lying, or lustful thoughts.

I would say I am a common person whose behavior is formed by life experiences that has led me to some basic standards and ethics by which I live. I make mistakes, sometimes on purpose but mostly take a completely responsible and non-blaming position of existence in the community in which I live. I would say "good vs bad" is matter of opinion.

God demands perfection, holiness and righteousness. On the other hand, this is what the Bible says of us:
"There is NONE righteous, no not one," (Romans 3:10).
"There is NONE that doeth good, no not one," (Romans 3:12).
"For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God," (Romans 3:23).
"For we are ALL as an unclean thing and all of our righteousness (good works) are as filthy rags," (Isaiah 64:6). It does not matter how good you THINK your are. The best person reading this is nothing more than a sinner like the rest of us; and the person reading this who has done the most good works, they are nothing more than filthy rags to God. Knowing that we were sinners, lost, hopeless and totally incapable of saving ourselves, JESUS DIED FOR OUR SINS! He paid our death penalty in full. He was your substitute! You should have hung on the cross! "For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit," (1 Peter 3:18). Christ's suffering was ONCE for all!If you could earn your way to Heaven, then why did Christ have to die for you? No, you cannot earn your way into Heaven by your good works! Consider Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, least any man should boast. THANK GOODNESS FOR GRACE!!!

Well, I can say that I'm good at being a person. I have been a person my entire life and I think I am getting really good at it. So following that logic then yes I am a good person.

No. I cannot. No one can. But I try to be a good person (according to the Judeo-Christian morals and code of chivalry I was brought up with.) As you do according to your Satanic principles. And I respect that. We all have a different path to the Ultimate Joy. Enjoy your path, and Satan be with you.
