Two cops walked into a room with no windows and found a dead man who obviously hung himself from the ceiling, though they couldn't figure out how. There was no chair beneath him that he might have jumped off of. Just a puddle of water. How'd he do it?

I dont think he could have hung him self. I think it might have been some one that wanted it to look like it was a suicide. The liquid on the floor could have been possibly bodily fluid. Your body discharges all urine and bowel movements in your body about 60 seconds after your death. I would definitely would need more details to solve this mysetery.

2. A refrigeated lorry, with the power turned off
3. In the freezer room, with the power turned off.

Actually, his wife gave him sleeping pills, caught him asleep, strung him up and then poured water on the floor to make the cops think he killed himself with melting ice.
