No, theoretically, but I think that it is unavoidable that this will happen in any given community pool, as well as totally uncontrollable. Since we all know this, (but might want to avoid thinking about it), we really do agree that we can ACCEPT swimming in a "peed" pool whenever we get in a community pool!
So, it's not so bad for us and many of us end up drinking it in. At least the water will enter our ears and nostrils, with whoevers pee in it! Enjoy!

Dude! You are one of the reasons why I do not go to public pools. This is plain nasty! People go to the public pool to have a good time and cool off on a hot summer day. Not to swim in someone's toilet. Check yourself.

Just pee... there's plenty of chlorine...
The cool thing is that there is lots of bacteria in the water anyway.
Have a nice swim.

Does it really have to be said, the answer to that is no if being purposely done. If it's just a accident that's really embarrassing, and nothing to really get mad over.

I'll help you to figure out the answer by yourself:
Do you enjoy swimming in other people's urine?
Do you think other people enjoy swimming in your urine?
Hope this helps you working out an answer.....
