ok, i have plenty of guy friends, but no boyfriend! the guy i like doesn't even know my name (we have no classes together) and i feel so stupid. i'm almost 15, and i've never really kissed a guy. i don't know how to put on eyeliner, but when my friends put it on me, the guy i like definately takes notice. should i learn just to get his attention? what else could i do (in looks or just talking to him)?

The way to definatly get hes attention is to use your eyeliner to write you name on your forehead then malk passed him over and over again then eventually your problem will be solved!

1. He'll recognise you
2. He'll know your name

Problem Solved!!!

Ok not kissing a guy at age 14 is totally normal. Now that that has been said here's my advice, forget about impressing people period. This is your life right now, and you don't have time to waste caring about whether or not he likes you. If he likes he'll find a way to get your attention. Enjoy your friendships, and enjoy life. Pick up a hobby like runnign or an athletic sport. Take care of your body and make sure to have fun. If you go running one day have an ice cream sundae on a another day. If you want to travel save your money NOW for your trip. If you want to learn about romance pick up a trashy romance novel and get lost in the romantic notions that we women love but are somewhat unrealistic in real life. Live vicariously through that 16th century lady or solve the mystery from the detectives point of view. The point is you've put yourself out there and if he's not biting then who cares he's one guy and you have your whole life ahead of you. You have endless possibility and much to be envied.

I assume you have a mother or some substitute to teach you something. If a guy dives for you when you put on eyeliner, he is just assuming that you are easy, have no morals, values or ethics. You don't "get a guy" to notice you. You go to school, study and become knowledgeable and someone people appreciate for your good sense. If you get noticed, it better be for something worthwhile or else it will be because you are perceived as easy and needy and desperate. Then your reputation will be in place. Try to outlive that.
You are 14 and you don't have a mother to teach you anything? An aunt? Find someone at school, church, etc. and get a good role model going for you or you will be in serious trouble.

Try reading all the eyeliner application questions. But try talking to him, and just be more flirty in general. If you haven't talked to him, it means you like him for the wrong reasons, so you need to talk to him and see if he's worth liking. If you start imagining what he's like instead of learning what he's like, it's inevetible that you'll start seeing him as Prince Charming, and become way too shy to talk to him. And then one day you'll learn he only likes sports or something and that he's just a normal guy. Try flirting with your guy friends too, but just don't try making this image of this guy because you'll be disappointed in the end. He's probably normal.

Go up to him and tell him your name... then tell him your interested.

The worst that could happen is he'll give you the old, "I've got a girlfriend bit"... and rejection just comes with being young.

Cheers.

Just be yourself and be comfortable with yourself. You can't fake that, it's something that's learned. If you love yourself then others will love you. Just show confidence.
