I play both instruments. I find the trombone more fun and versatile. I can play classical, jazz, dixieland, big band, marches, etc. on trombone. With the baritone, I play classical, and marches. I love to play big band and dixieland on the trombone. Big, ripping slides and stuff.

Trombone is better than Baritone.
You should play the Alto Sax though. Great instrument, and it's has such a great sound.

play trombone in marching band and jazz band. play baritone in concert. easy as that.. play both!!!!

deffinatley play the trombone i play that instrument in badn to this day and it is alot better than the barriton trust me!
