My component is, I hate Emo yet I care so little approximately it that i can't additionally be afflicted to speak approximately it anymore. some human beings do like it nevertheless, particular, they are not genuine song followers on the 2d in spite of the undeniable fact that it quite is probable a stronger stepping stone than say, N'Sync. It made me snicker once you reported 'it' places different peoples lives in possibility - considering you may desire to take your eyes off the line...

If Yahoo is knowingly allowing an Employee of theirs to be giving out personal information--yes they could be liable. And the employee could be in trouble. And so could the receiver of information. If Yahoo is aware of the problem and takes no action-yes.
Keeping records of reports and names is a good step. As Yahoo does have certain rules they must abide by. And keep records of who you talk with at Yahoo.
That is up to some to decide if they want to pursue it.

Some things could be action suits--all business even private have rules they have to follow.

I know this as fact.

I am not sure what you feel is uncontitutional though. Abuse in what way?

You can't sue Yahoo! for "unconstitutional" behavior. Private businesses are not limited by the Constitution.

The constitution generally governs governmental action. Not private action.

Go for it...I think when you "Contact Yahoo" you are really sending an e-mail to a black hole. No one ever sees it again, reads it, or cares that it was sent.

Dammitt I lay off this forum for about a month and actually join the real world and something happens.I swear someone should write up a blog to keep everyone posted about the things that go on in here, maybe title it " as the yahoo virtual world turns".Silly me I thought we were on here to debate in an "intelligent" (too bad can't underline that part) matter, not make it into a soap opera.Aww well so anyone care to fill me in on who hates who now, who's impersonating who and who stole who's id?
