The left head lamp is only working at high beam, and doesn't work at all at low beam!

The fuse has been switched with the right headbeam fuse and still won't work (can't be the fuse).

Also switched the headlamp bulbs but same problem (can't be the bulbs).

I read somewhere that it could be a problem with the left headbeam switch which is located under the steering.

If so then can someone let me know how to replace that. Is there like a forum where they show you how to do it yourself!

thx for viewing my question

The head lamp combo switch is easily changed remove the three or four screws behind the steering wheel we will call the clam shell. Plastic covering the combo switch and ingnition lock key hole pry apart and wiggle top shell out top and bottom shell off the bottom parts. now notice two screws left side toward the steering center holding the left switch remove the two screws and pull away from center and disconnect one white plug conector and replace the combo switch. But did you check all the fuses? and the ones under the hood too?
