Advice: The pain will not go away, go to a dentist. You will also build a tolerance for Advil and eventually, they won't work anymore. It sucks if you don't have insurance, but what else are you gonna do???

You better see a dentist. You can use over the counter pain killers, but the wisdom teeth can cause a lot more problems. They can become impacted and then infected. Get to a dentist. And, for some people they are not always painful. I didn't even know I had my wisdom teeth until the doctor said...I had them. I had no pain at all.

You're gonna want to get to a dentist. Many people have their wisdom teeth taken out because they just dont fit (my unschooled guess is that 100 years ago most of our other teeth fell out before the W tooth came in so there was much more room in your mouth).
Anyway, contact your local dental school to find out if they have students that provide treatment. You would get affordable treatment and the proceedure should - at the least - be supervised by a professor.

How long has it been hurting. Mine go up and down and sometimes hurt but for no longer for 24 hours. I'm old and I never got mine pulled but wished I had!! There is no home remedy because you can't stop them from coming in. You really need to see a dentist because they will start moving your other teeth. Call around and find someone who will work out a payment arrangement. Or call your district health office and see if they know of dentist that offer low income dental work.

Whether it's supposed to hurt or not depends on the person. It is perfectly normal to be in pain as the tooth is coming up and also probably applying pressure on the neighboring tooth. It's important that you find a way to have the tooth removed as it could cause other teeth to shift and become crowded. Try anbesol to numb the area but the pain will not reside until it is taken care of. It should not cost too much to extract the tooth.

yes and no.. most people do not have room in their mouth for the wisdom teeth to grow, so they come in sideways or forward and push against the other teeth.
As man evolved and got 'wiser', their jaws got smaller and no longer had room for these extra un-needed teeth. That's why they are called wisdom teeth

For a lot of people, they do experience pain, but I didn't when mine came in. Now when I had mine removed...that is another story. I hate to say this, you should go see a dentist. Yours will probably have to be removed. Some don't have theirs removed, but most people do. It is not a fun experience, but if you don't get yours out, it could lead to serious problems later on.

You should look to see if there is a dental clinic that goes by your income if you have no insurance. There really isn't anything over the counter that will help that pain.

yeah unfortunately they do hurt when they come in...this may sound weird but put something chewy(not food) in the freezer and wait for like 30 min or until it is really cold and just chew on it where the pain hurts...that should help.
