Jesus was mentioned in the writings of the historian Josephus, a contemporary of Jesus Christ. There are many history books that refer to Jesus. A very popular world history series by Will Durant called The Story of Civilization devotes an entire volume to Jesus Christ. You must have been looking in the wrong library.

Jesus is a major player in the Qu'ran also. Indeed he is the "pure" prophet of Islam and is the Christ for Muslims. We await his return at the Golden Age to show us the true way of God and our true potential as humans.

Check Islam, Judaism, and the history of any Western European country. Also, check the Arabic history and that of the Roman Empire. Try again, genius.

There is a lot of flap about Church and state so that Jesus is left out of text books in the US. But we know that just because it isn't in the text book doesn't mean it isn't in history. The Bible is also a history book. Remember too, there wasn't anything about Black heroes in our history books until recently. It doesn't mean there were no Black heroes.
