Although its used for the crowd that has not weaned themselves from their mother's breast yet, it also assumes a certain level of sluttiness as well. If you like to do slutty things then accept it. If not, kick the in the nuts.

Quite frankly I am AMAZED that someone would call someone a MILF to their face... You must be amazingly beautiful for them to lose their minds...

Probably in his mind it's a compliment, but the real insult is to the better men out there - that you spend time with guys who can't think of anything better than calling you a MILF.

Yes. Why? Firstly I'm only 23 but I look like 18 so I'm not old enough to be a typical mother. Secondly, there's a lot more to me than my sexuality. You'd have to be really insecure to take this as a compliment. The only way I'd take it as a compliment is if I was 40 and it was my husband telling me that playfully.

if a guy calls u a milf than u have to look at what kind of person you are making urself look like when that person is around. but i mean i think u should take it as a compliment if ur dating him or if u see urself ever f***ing him lol. but if its some random guy than its a insult unless u like the attention.

Well... it's kind of a rude compliment. He's pretty much saying your beautiful and he's attracted to you, but in a rude way. If he continues calling you a MILF, tell him thank you but that you'd prefer to just be called pretty.
And dont' you just love pop culture references that become common placed almost-compliments? *rolls eyes*

Sometimes the common folk only know how to express themselves in common ways! ;-)

If this person is uneducated and incapable of developing more creative words to compliment you with, then this may be something akin to a wolf whistle or "damn, you're fine."

If this person is educated and lives in the civilized world, he probably just needs to be cuffed to the bed for awhile and beaten with a flogger!! ~wink~ And taught how to give appropriate compliments!!

I suppose it depends on if the person saying it is old enough to actually do anything about it or not. I would say it was a compliment. Or at least it is usually presented in that way, even if it is a bit vulgar.

Depends on what type of person you are. It's both a compliment and a bit disrespectful. Some people need to keep there thoughts to themselves.

Well, it means you look good... But, it is offensive and entirely out of place coming from a coworker. You should look up your company's policy on sexual harassment, as this almost certainly qualifies as such.
