Probably not that healthy because you ate in a restaurant. The problem is that they use cooking oils that have a lot of trans fat. If you made this at home you could use Nexera canola oil or olive oil and it would be healthy. (well bacon isn't the healthiest meat to be eating but as long as you don't eat it every day you will be fine).
p.s. Don't listen to the others that are saying that's so much food. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and when people eat a big breakfast they eat a smaller lunch.

That is a healthy breakfast, yes.... but that's also a ton of food. That's about a day's worth of food for me. Of course it's expensive if that was all in one meal. Yes, whole foods is a nice place to shop because things are organic and taste really good, but it's not the place to go if you're on a budget.

it's me - read the thing. he didn't eat at a restraunt, he bought his food from Whole Foods. It's an organic grocery store.

Sounds good, did you enjoy it, or just because you thought it was healthy? Eat things that you really like, and don't be worried about eating, just food that you think is healthy. All that you have to do, is cut down the portions, if you are eating to much. Eating is one of the pleasures of life, just be happy in what you eat, and don't listen to these do gooders, who want to control every aspect of your life. Enjoy life, eat what you want to, and if you feel like you are gaining weight, or not feeling right, adjust your diet to meet your standards. enjoy..

It's not terrible by any means if you can handle the calories and fat, but it sounds like you have a modicum of portion control for each thing.

My husband eats like a horse, and is still in great shape.

let me tell u mate i was borne and bread in Africa. The mine point is to eat and do some sort of physical stuff. Balance diet is a taboo. It does not matter what u eat, my gran mother lived to the age of 110, and she did not even know what balance diet is. Just don't do the artificial stuff to much.

This is healthy as it is varied. It would be healthier if you reduced the fat content. This could be done by replacing the meat with fruit.
