I don't agree with everything he says and does. I don't know whether or not he is a liar. I know that most people are sometimes liars. I do know that many things he has said have been twisted and lied about in the press.

I think he is basically an honorable man who is trying to do what he thinks is best. Like all of us he doesn't always make the right decisions, and things don't always go the way he expects.

I think he has been a weaker president than I had hoped because he has so often bowed to the pressure of the press and tried to please everyone rather than just "going for it" and letting his enemies say what they will.

I voted for him, and given the same choice--between Bush and John Kerry--I would still vote for him. And yes, I know this will draw the wrath of so many "intellectuals" on this site.

Hell no! I am a Christian and I am sick of Bush and the conservative right thinking that they sit on the right hand side of God! Satan is known as the Great Deceiver. The Father of all Lies. Bush lied to the American public about weapons of mass destruction and the need to go to war. That slimy Vice President of his Dick Cheney was given a no bid contract to go over and re-build Iraq at the tune of millions of several dollars a day coming out of the American tax payers pockets.
I am glad that one day they must also give an account to God for their behavior.

Depart from me ye workers of inequity for I never knew you!

No one agrees with everything that everyone says. There is a little bit of liar in us all because we are all sinners. As for him being here for us? Yes, for the most part. All politicians are opportunists, but I really believe that Bush feels what he is doing is for the best of the American people. And I believe he is doing the best job he is capable of doing. People who think someone is so bad at a job... they should try doing it and see how quick they chicken out.

I think he is not ill-intentioned but he is very attached to his ego and his ideology which is formed by his fundamentalist religious views and the neoconservative philosophy (the neoconservative philosophy is the PNAC plan which says the U.S. should actively go and try and create democracies in the Middle East in order to stabilize the region). He messed up but strong ego attachment as well as a lack of identification with the common man (his family is old money with considerable privilege) as well as the fact that he rightfully needs to still keep up a strong image for the Iraq effort result in him not being honest. The irony is that people accept the Karl-Rove-manufactured image of him being a common guy.

Wha ha ha ha ha. Oh you are really asking. No, I actually agree with very little he says. I do think he is a liar. Bush is for Bush. That is my opinion.

Bush does not even believe what he says.
He is not a Liar, because he does not write his own speaches. He is merely speaking his lines.
Bush is for Bush, not for anyone else.
I think that is rather more than an opinion.
When you have physical evidence to support it, Opinions become facts.

I do agree with you though.

President Bush is one of the best Presidents we've ever had.

He has proven beyond doubt he will defend this nation, something Clinton did not do.

If by lying you refer to the reason for going to war, he used the same intelligence reports that Clinton had. Many leading liberals came out in the beginning and supported his decision, including John Kerry and Hillary Clinton.

"Or do you think he is for us?"
We've have better, and we've had worse.

"You(r) opinion."

Only when it's incomprehensible.
Yes, he's a liar.
But I do believe he's for us. His puppet strings are being pulled in all sorts of directions, and I don't think he quite knows what's going on. Have you seen his speeches?

I rarely agree with anything that Bush says. I do think that he's a liar. I don't believe for a minute that he sent us to war to look for weapons of mass destruction.
