you could try bracing that area with something, laying somethink heavy over that part of your stomach, but honestly, your best bet is to go see a doc because it will only get worse

Your abs and mid section muscles are at the core of your strength for weight training. If these muscles are not up to the task you can not effectively train anything else. So what do you do? Go see a doctor and let them check it out. If you can have it taken care of properly then you can safely and effectively resume your training.
