The definition of adultery is a married person who is having sex outside of marriage. Fornication is having sex when you aren't married. I know this can be a serious problem especially once it has become a habit. Begin to help yourself by filling your head with spiritual things and staying away from porn. The more good you put into your head, the more good actions that will follow. Also realize that you are NEVER alone. Just because you don't see anyone, doesn't mean they aren't there. Angels and demons accompany us wherever we go. The angels are watching to see if you will follow God's will and the demons are there to try to influence you not to. When you get the urges to go against God in any way--loudly command the demons to leave you and use God's holy name (Psalms 83:18 KJV). You may have to do it several times but eventually they will give up on you for a while. Keep resisting them--it does get easier.

Adultery means that you are married and are having sex outside your marriage. Since you are 14 I highly doubt this is happening. Perhaps you mean fornication which is sex out of wedlock. If you really wanted to stop you would but it is obvious that sex for a 14 yr old male feels way too good and you are not emotionally mature enough to be aware of the consequences of your actions. I am not a religious person so I will make no moral judgement on your sexuality, but I do feel that you are too young to be having sex. I don't care how mature and grown up you feel. Ask yourself this: would I be ready to be a father? If you answer no then you are not ready to deal with some of the possible consequences of having sex and therefore should not be having sex. As far as what help you can get, well I suggest that you go to a school counsellor and ask for help. Forget going to your church or parents for help. Like most they will probably just over react and condemn you behaviour, offering you no real help with your problem in the process. A school counsellor should have no biases and will offer you advice and help based on your situation and not on his or her religious beliefs.

The way you stop any behavior is you don't do it.
You are 14 and "into adultery"?
Do you know what adultery means?
It is perfectly normal for teenagers to be intensely interested in sex, so if you are intensely interested in sex, that is normal but it is not "adultery."
I am a father and a grandfather and my father/grandfatherly advice to you is that masturbation is normal, looking at naked women/men is normal and you have nothing to worry about other than worrying about getting caught.
Obviously, if you masturbate all day and ignore everything else, that is a problem. But the problem is ignoring your responsibilities in pursuit of pleasure, not masturbation. You would have the same problems if you watched tv all day and ignored your responsibilities.
Sex if supposed to be exciting and fun. Masturbation is a poor substitute, but if that's all you have, that's all you have. But, stop worrying about it because it is perfectly normal.
Ignore anyone who says otherwise.
The main thing is do not let it interfere with your other obligations and responsibilities.

Adultery is generally defined as consensual sexual intercourse by or with a married person with someone other than his or her lawful spouse.
So I am assuming you hang out with pedophiles.
Blessings )O(
EDIT: Masturbation is normal and healthy especially at your age. If you are feeling guilty quit watching porn, it is illegal to possess it until you are 21 in most states.

That isn't adultery. You have to have a serious partner, and be having sex with someone else for it to be adultery. Masturbation is perfectly normal, especially at your age.

Do you mean porn and masturbation? If so, dump the porn, but please know that masturbation is perfectly normal and there is nothing wrong with it. Just make sure you have other interests too.

There's nothing wrong with what you're doing just don't make a habit out of it. Why would God give us natural desires and then forbid them? [Because a bunch of prudes wrote the Bible.]
