Sounds like your puppy needs some obedience training. Dogs do need to know whats wrong and right and they need discipline. Remember they do not see you as master rather as the Alpha Dog. In the pack there is always the Alpha who does the discipline, who is in charge of the food and controls everything about the other dogs life. The Alpha needs to be you or you will have lots of problems. Right now it sounds like your dog sees himself as the Alpha and does not have the respect for you. Obedience classes help a lot and it helps him to understand you are the boss. There are a lot of things you can do at home but you really need to take control and be in charge. Make sure he has his basic commands down and work on them constantly, try leash work so you are in charge of his movements. For awhile when my puppy thought he was the boss for several hours a day he would stay on a leash with me. He had no choice, it help him understand he could not do what he wanted. As far as the food and table goes keep him locked up when you are eating or at least in a different room. Consider crate training him to. The biggest problem I had with my dog was I loved him too much and he was getting out of hand. You can not have that and you will be loving your dog a lot more if you gain control. Its better for him and you.

Most people are not going to find your biting untrained dog very cute. Snapping today is likely to become biting tomorrow. Take him to an obedience class. NOT the stupid furbaby classes like they have at Petsmart, but a class at a training club where the trainers will know how to deal with these problems.

Had a lab, grew and grew and one day came home and chewed up over 4000 dollars in furniture. You must set consiquenses for your dogs behavior, there are helpful books out there that can help you get started, when you take dog to the vet tell your vet your dogs behavior problems it could help as well. Sometime your puppy's behavior can be due to anxiety as well, when you leave the house ,play the radio low this will help your puppy to calm down as well, as for the others well read and like I said earlier tell your vet ok it'll work out ok

You need to take some training classes with your dog. You need to show her who's boss and teach her some respect. Her behavior is a cry for help. So give her what she needs, structure and guidance and a leader.

When your dog does things tell him no. If that does not work it might seem mean but lock him in his kennel and tell him he is bad. He will soon stop if not he might need to go to obedience school it might coust a lot but if you love your dog you will pay and take him there.
