Pretty much whatever you want, but it is a combination of lunch and breakfast, hence the the word br-unch.
A nice breakfast and/or lunch casserole, waffles with a variety of toppings, some breakfast pastries, soup, salad, sandwich. Some times a signature alcohol drink, like champaine and orange juice, or aselection of juices and coffee.
