i would say shower when u first get up...
let your hair dry fully and naturally...
then do it.
and you don't have to worry about stinking as long as u showered in the same day.

Take a shower and wash your hair the night before. The natural oils will help hold a style better than freshly washed hair. Since you won't be doing much the day of, you won't build up any sweat or odor. If you want to, take a bath right before you start to get ready (or leave for the salon.) Keep your hair up so it doesn't get wet.

For my wedding I was told to wash my hair the night before and put a ton of product (hairspray/gel) in it before getting it done so that it would stay all day. It probably depends on the stylist and what you are doing with it. A good idea is to call the stylist that is doing your hair and find out their preference! Have fun!!

Well, do it at least an hour or so before Homecoming especially if it isn't a long drive. You can use extra hold hairspray. But don't get it caked or it wont look as natural and pretty. But use some of that. I used extra hold hairspray and my curls looked like a real hairstylist did it and made it stay!

The night before.. if you are going for a curly look. just washed hair is really slick and doesnt hold curls very well.

well if u are going somewhere have them shampoo your ahir & if u r doing your hair then get all ready mostly then jsut wash your ahir by leaning over the tub then do it and go...mine was last night & it was alot fo fun so i hope u have fun too!!

before you do your hair so it doesnt get messed up, then put ur dress on with a t shirt on top so ur dress soesnt get dirty, andtake off the shhirt when your done
