I prefer A1 over H57 but I also like other home brew sauces...
my husband and I cook from scratch more and sometimes NO sauce is the best .

A1 is definitely the best, but if I'm going to cook my own steak I marinate it in Italian salad dressing the night before I cook it. It adds a new taste to it and is awesome!

Depends on the steak... With a porterhousr or strip, A1, with filits or other really tender cuts, HP, and with anything thats alittle tougher, i prefer dryrub and a very vinger based home brew i do

A1 is good. If I'm out of that, I sometimes use Worcestershire sauce

The best way to have a steak is to have it rare w/no sauce at all. Sauce is used to disguise the taste of old meat.

I used to buy A1. But then I saw that it had high fructose corn syrup (terrible for you), so I don't use it anymore.
