Seriously, get her a copy of the book "Triumph of The Moon" by Ronald Hutton. He is a professor of history at Oxford University and exposes the real history of Wicca in the book.
Then try patiently to get her to realize she doesn't have magical powers.

I always suggest jewelry as a good generic gift - go into any New Age shop and ask which pieces are best. If you know if there is a specific face of the Goddess she has chosen to work with, then I would also recommend perhaps a statue, or maybe the stones/herbs most associated with that Aspect. Again, ask the shopfolk. They should know all that good stuff. When in doubt, anything with the Triple Moon is a great gift, be it a pendant, a wall hanging, or even a t-shirt. Namaste!

No tools, especially athames. Tools are really something that are best procured on one's one. If you see like a pretty chalice or something you think she might like for decorative purposes that's fine, but no wands, athames, or altar pentacles. Unless you know for certain what Goddesses and Gods she's drawn to, no Deity figurines either. Unless you know for sure. You don't want to give someone who is drawn to Artemis a statue of Bast for example.
Some useful things she might like might include jars for storing herbs and such in, bundles of sage or incense, candles, anointing and essential oils, and the like.
But besides that, just get her what you would give any girl. Don't underestimate chocolate or flowers too much...sometimes that's even better than the shiniest pentacle or the sweetest smelling incense. As long as it's from the heart and given with meaning.

Epona summed up all the things I would love! Silver jewellery, tumble stones, little clear bottles, maybe a silk cloth 1 metre by 1 metre for her altar or floor for practicing on. Ask her what her fav colour is and buy her one in that. White is a great all rounder if she wont tell you or you aren't sure.

Without knowing which pantheons etc I would recommend candles (assortment of colors), Incense (again, assortment of scents!) and scented oils :)
I agree with the 'no tools' comments - those are highly personal to the practioner - but speaking as a witch, I can never get enough candles/incense and oils!

The best gift my boyfriend got me was a custom rodeo style belt buckle with a pentagram on it. My sister gave me a silver pentacle necklace which I adore as well. You can find pentagram jewlery at most metaphysical shops - rings, necklaces, earrings.
As far as broomsticks - one of the cutest charms for a necklace I have seen is a little silver broom.
azuregreen.com has a lot of stuff and you can find a lot on eBay as well if you can't find anything locally.

You could try an assortment of various herbs if she's into herbals, or an assortment of essential oils, or a nice piece of quartz crystal. If you're really boggled, try a gift card to the local herbalist shop or rock and gem shop.I collect spheres of different stone and crystal constitutions, and most of them are used for aesthetic purposes, not magical, so if she has a collection like that, try getting her a new addition to her collection.

Clear glass hanging ornaments in a variety of colors are a great Idea. They're refferred to as "Witch balls" and it acts like a "dream catcher" for negative energy. The glass absorbs it, and disperses it so it can do no harm in your home.

A very good place for Pagan/Wiccan gifts is at:
http://www.azuregreen.com/
It's a good sized catalog with jewelry and all sorts of things.
Some possibilities:
Wiccan themed jewelry (Cats, pentacles, moon n stars, etc)
A pretty ceramic bowl for altars
A scarf with moons and stars on it
Wiccan books
A CD called "Best of Pagan Songs"
A tarot deck
Look through the website - they have a ton of stuff, and I believe they even take Paypal.
Good luck and blessed be!

EDIT: I find it very sad that this person asked a polite question and certain others have to chime in with things that have nothing to do with the topic at hand.
