Faith is the belief that one specific explanation is true despite a lack of evidence for that explanation. Faith denies that alternate explanations are possible.
I don't know why the universe exists, but the explanation put forward by the Hebrew Bible has no (independent) evidence to support it, and a great deal of evidence that contradicts parts of it. I'd rather admit that I don't know how the universe came to be, than to believe in what is clearly a mythical explanation.
I have as much "faith" that there is no God of Abraham that you have "faith" that there is no Zeus. I personally don't think the word "faith" applies, since I think there is quite a bit of evidence that the Hebrew Bible is myth and therefore not to be taken seriously. I suspect you don't think the word "faith" applies to your disbelief in Zeus either.

I do not believe that there is a God. This is different from having faith that there is no God. I don't claim to know how everything was created. People throughout history have always created gods to explain the unexplainable. We now know that there is no such thing as Apollo, the sun god. One day, your God will follow in Apollo's non-existent footsteps.

There is no evidence to support the existence of god. The idea of god is logically impossible in the natural world. I don't see any evidence of a supernatural world. If there were a supernatural world there would be no way for it to act upon the natural world and vice versa. I have faith that there is no god like i have faith that the sun is going to rise again tomorrow.

No...I just view and feel the no god thing as a fact of life. My non belief does not take any effort, not like faith at all.

Atheism is not a faith, It's a lack of faith. Also, the true definition of atheism is a person who doesn't deny the possibility that god may exist, He (or she) just doesn't think there is any proof that he does ( and no, the bible is not proof )

Do you have faith there is no Santa or Easter Bunny?
Why would anyone need faith to refuse to believe something exists for which there is no credible evidence to support any such belief?
The universe has always existed, so no creator is required.
