When I first start driving in the mornings, the steering seems to have a catch when steering in the neutral position and it has a slight pull to the right, and when you correct for it you feel the catch. It seems to get better the longer you drive it (approximately 15 miles). Would appreciate any help. Thank You.

Sounds like the steering gear box, though I would check the upper and lower ball joints first for slack

sounds like the steering gear. check the condition of the power steering fluid, if it smells really bad, flush it out and replace with new (it should be Automatic Transmission Fluid). also take a look at the idler arm, if that bushing is worn out, it might do that too.

to check the ball joints, lift the front wheels off the ground and wiggle the tires. if you feel excessive play or hear any clunks, that may also be your problem.

One of two problems, One bad tie rod and ball joint on the right side, Two power steering pump is losing pressure, could be in pump, or in lines.

The rack and pinion is going bad. This is a fairly big job to do and will need a total 4 wheel alignment
