in Fl if the ppl sitting in front are over 80lbs then there should be no problem and everyone in back has a seatbelt on if there is no other belt available then make sure the youngest one if they are children under 12 are buckled in i hope this helps

What are the risks of getting into an accident and having that unbelted relative thrown from the car? I think a ticket is the least of your worries.

Just do it with your car. You can always borrow a minivan from someone. that is the cheapest way. Other than that just risk it.
