It is perfectly normal..........I know some girls who started at age 11 and others were 15 or 16 before they started. Everyone's body is different sweetie, so don't worry about it, when your body says it's time, it will come and trust me, once it does start, you will wish it would have waited awhile.

Some people don't get their period until they're 16! It's not the average age, but it doesn't mean that there's something wrong with you.

Yes it's perfectly normal...some can start at about 8 or 9, some don't start until their senior year in high school, my friends mom didn't start until atleast 9th grade....just chill ur only in what, 7th? 8th grade? I haven't had mine yet either. I'm 12...(i know ur saying well duh! ur like really young) but anyways, we're lucky, we don't have to worry about menstruation, or pads, or tampons or anything.

It's not unusual. Especially, if you are athletic and have a low body fat ratio, you may not get periods as early as other girls.
That happened to my sister because she was in gymnastics as a child/early teenager.
