My kid had them and will get them still to this day. We think it is like a heat rash or maybe an allergy like grass or something. you might want to try a LITTLE Benadryl cream at night. It clears it up on my kid. If it is the little bumps I am thinking of and it is in a localized area and the area itself isn't all red then I really do not think it is something to worry about. Doctor not needed.

My son had it too and it spread all the doc said is it is caused by playing outside. And he prescribed cortisone cream and liquid benadryl if he gets itchy. It works good try leaving them uncovered when the cream in on them. GOod luck!!!

Go to the doctor and have them check it out and see what the doctor will say.
