I'm just imagining someone all excited to prove a point and spending like 45 minutes or so to find scripture to copy and paste and being shot down.
Also, were there atheists pre-2000 BC?

The last one first, probably not as fanatic as some on this board, like not letting others believe their version../they do seem to define themselves as anti Christian first and foremost, more then say antibuddhist, I think they are anti-hypocrites more then atheists and people that know religion is not a requisite to find God..Think most of had to go to church when little and got real bored knowing God would not want them to feel like this, confusing God and Christ and the bible with whatever people made of interpreting it..Yaaawwn church...The logic of people do not know any answers to the questions this text brings up in me so I stop searching and reject the whole thing...I made that mistake too. Why not keep looking at that question even though your mom and preacher do not know the answer?? At least they are interested in the subject though..
I do get frustrated because no one gets me and there is so little moving space People reject what they reject, I cannot make the "fundies" use crystals and meditate, I cannot communicate to the atheists that God would agree with a lot of what they say... Have a more spiritual time on the other boards, they have less gimmickers there as well I found out..
Oh this morning there was a girl that (accidentally//?!) broke her mates rib and could not forgive herself or something, someone answered to go take them out to a restaurant and order spare ribs...The other boards do let you breath aGAIN THOUGH//
Good thing success on this board does not get you to heaven, because no many would make it then...

There has been non-believers all throughout mankind. Yes I get frustrated, but not trying to find something to copy and paste. My answers come from a lot of studying. And the frustration comes from the Spiritual Ignorant trying to lead someone to Christ or answering a question with a wrong answer and confusing the person more then they are to start with.

I realise now that this place is for amusement.
Spiritualists have great sense of humor though.
We are all quite mad :)
The huge copy/pastes bore me to death.
I dont take it seriously here,nobody should.
Somedays we might learn something and somedays we may have a good laugh.
Just go with the flow.

I hope they get frustrated. Scripture prves nothing except to the believer. And, there have always been atheists. Before religion was invented everyone would have been considered atheist. Unfortunetly we had to invent a god to help us deal with life.

Jains are one of the oldest religions on the planet and their origination is unknown. They are recorded as having begun around 1,000 BCE.
And, they are atheists.
