I believe the bible is the INSPIRED word of god
remember, Alfred Hitchcocks Psycho was inspired by a true story, but it was pure bull **** none the less. The fact of the matter is that Jesus would have to have married, otherwise he would have been a Unic because of the law at the time, where is the bloodline then?
also: Jesus was a Hebrew, what happened to the proud religion from which he came? now everyone hates Jews, and it is the fault of the christians. dont get me wrong muslims as a whole hate jews too, (no offense meant by that, but Kill all infedels?) But why do you choose to refuse the beliefs of the religion that yours is based on? You talk only af jesus jesus jesus, its f'ucking stupid, you are ot but peons that believe that an all caring god would allow murder to be made, if he made everything, then me made the capability of hate. your god is not perfect erither, he is sinful if he exists, to covet is to be jealous, one of the ten commandments:

I don't think most people hate Jesus, they hate Christians. They hate Christians because of misguided Christians that did some screwed up things in the past and are still doing screwed up things.
The Crusades--wrong.
The Spanish Inquisition--wrong.
The Jewish Holocaust--wrong.
There are so many messed up things that I can't name them all. They are all wrong and have nothing to do with Christianity. Jesus did not teach "kill you enemies and maim those who don't agree with you". These were the working of men who took what they read and twisted it to justify what they wanted to do anyway. And fanatics are still doing it today. Christianity is not a religion where you just go into a church and blindly believe everything the preacher tells you. You have to study for yourself, pray for discernment, and question what you don't understand until you do understand. Otherwise, situations like the Branch Davidians in Waco, TX will keep happening.
There are millions--maybe billions--of Christians on earth. Don't hate us all because of a few (by comparison) misguided individuals. And certainly don't write off Jesus Christ because of them.

The very fewwho insult crhist are young or full of hate and have used his name as object to rebell against.
Think of it this way,
We live in a world where no matter what you do or where you go some one is going to bring god or chrst in to it be word or action. So if you dont belive in such things you are going to be offended, you are going to be hurt and you will feel put upon by those around you.
the young at mind rebell and attack jesus. people like me go directly to the source and rebll and distract from crhistain preachings in hopes to widen a space for the rest of us to live our lives in peace with out having your god shoved down our throats.

People insult Jesus christ because Christians are like an easy target =( but that's how the world works. and i seen this movie called "Saved" its with Mandy Moore. It discriminated Christians!!! I hated that movie. Its usually targeted on us Christians. and unlike other religions, it is harder to target because they might want to kill the person who offended them

According to the Bible, we are told these things.
--The world knows who God the Creator is, and will be held accountable to Him.
"Men suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse." (Romans 1:18-20)
--Jesus is the One Who will judge mankind at the end of time.
"Not everyone who says to Me, "Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to ME in that day, "Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, "I never knew you; depart from ME, you who practice lawlessness!" (Matthew 7: 21-23)
--People hate the truth because it exposes their sinfulness.
"Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed." (John 3:20)
In summary: People know in their heart of hearts that Jesus is their Creator, and therefore has a say in how they live their lives, and will ultimately judge them for not living as he has directed. This is why the world hates Christ.

So....let me get this right. You think people hate Christ because they don't know him? Do YOU hate people you've never met before? Because I don't think that's even possible. There are many people who don't BELIEVE in Christ. I've never even heard of anyone hating Christ.

I was blind before saved. Some people are so strong in their conviction it would turn off others that really need Him. I became a "Bible Thumper", hurt a lot of my friendships, but kept on for years. I now am a backslider, but still believe, just can't forgive myself enough to understand how He could forgive me. He will I know, but I am weak. Prayer.

I Love Jesus......It's maybe because some people think that Christ was a jew when actually he was dying for our sins so people need to read the bible people that hate jesus you can pretty much say that they've probably never read the bible!

They don't insult Jesus Christ just people who pretend to be like him or think they are him. I have no problem with Christ but Christians are annoying.
