Why should anyone be afraid of someone who's not doing anything, if they're not causing any harm? They aren't doing anything, right? But, if they're lack of productivity, or whatever, is hurting the company, let's say, then you should get angry at them, not afraid.

This is an ambiguous question that has no definite answers. Thus, you will not recieve any or weren't looking for any.

Very vague question, but here goes: It isn't what your intentions are, it is how others perceive you that matters. you could be the nicest, most benevolent person in the world, but if you talk like a bully and lurk around in biker gear, dress up like you are the phantom of the opera, or have nuts, bolts, tweezers, and pins sticking out of your head like some nightmare creature, people will probably not get close enough to you to understand you. And it would not be their fault either.
