how do we find a dual circuit 4 d one vich has elements like inductor, capacitor, resistor, source current, etc.,

A dual is hard to explain, but your basic circuits text should have an explanation for you. It is things that have similar behavior when swapping voltage and current around. An inductor and capacitor are duals for example, the former is V=L di/dt and the latter is I=C dv/dt.
