I love tortilla chips but found out that I am allergic to corn, rice and wheat. Does anyone know a good substitute that tastes good with salsa and guacamole?

Wow, that sucks. I actually have been sitting here thinking about this one for a while and I am hard-pressed to come up with something. The only other thing I like to dip in salsa and guac. would be fried chips made from flour tortillas. They aren't corn, they aren't wheat (well unless you buy the wheat ones) and I don't think they are rice. Heck, now that I think about it, what are flour tortillas made of? :)
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. If I think of something else that hasn't been mentioned, I'll come back and add it in.

No corn, rice, or wheat...

Well you've still got options!

Try:
~Soy Chips (not as bad as they sound, you get used to the taste :)

OR

~Potato Chips (Baked Lays are good for scooping stuff becasue they're "thicker" than normal chips)

Good luck!
