Hi! At the end of the day after 8 straight hours working and moving about I feel so much pain on both areas around my uppermost end of the limbs the curve where connects the joints to my inner thigh and find it very difficult walking. While at work, the pain´s not the same, its only when I get back home after lifting myself out the car seat do I the acute pain begins. If this is due to extreme exhaustion at work why do I only feel this pain after working? Would this pain be due to exhaustion? I´m 53. This happens everyday after work. Is it because due to age that I have lost the flexibility of tendons around this area?..the discomfort /pain runs down my legs up to my feet. At work I walk and constantly move about and don´t have time to sit during all the 8 hours except for a 10 minute break for lunch. Is there anything I can do to avoid this pain?

It kinda sounds like your piraformis muscle or something inflamed and pressing on your sciatic nerve. Have you tried taking Advil or something like that to see if that help relieves some of your symptoms? Try sitting on a heating pad to help relax the muscles
