So I've started the Slim Fast Diet today..in hopes to get a boost on weight loss...Im trying to loose atleast 25pounds before my husband comes home from training for the Army in December... Along with two slim fasts a day I try to walk about 5miles or for and hour and a half.. and drink a lot of water... do you think my goal is plausible and can be reached? Anyone have any other tips that can help me optimize my slim fast routine? Thank you!!!

Oh...by the way... Im 5'2 and 150 pounds...Ugh...I gain a lot of weight from being pregnant.. would like to be 120-130!

i think u have cut down ENOUGH on diet by just consuming the replacement meal.Hope u will not craving for food and rebound. MY suggestions are,
1)Dont even touch titbit or biscuit that high carbohdrate.
2) Do a bit Weight lifting, Dont let your arm sagging.(since when u diet extremely, muscle waste happens)
3) Dont overstress. It will harm your health by slimming down harmfully.
4) 1 Multivitamin a day to cope with daily normal requirement.
5) Is there CARNITINE and CLA (burn fat)in your meal replacement?Tell this, this boost your metabolisme.

You can try stop eating meats too often and eat more vegetables and fruits
I don't know if you can keep up with the Slim fast regime
moving more is always good (exercise) at least 3-4 times a week
but good luck

Oh my gosh, your so beautiful already. I would say to try your best, and dont get frustrated if you dont loose 25 pounds, thats alot. As you loose fat you will gain mustle, it weighs more than fat.
