The Immigration Officer, after interview told me the result would be informed within 2 months.Now it is 11 months after the interview was done.Why it is in pending for long time without publishing the result.My application is still in process. So how long to wait for result?

A wait period of longer than 2 to 3 months means either they have found something suspicious and/or they have turned you down and just not yet informed you.
They may be working with authorities to figure out if there is some kind of chargable activiy in your past.
If you have never done anything illegal or suspicious you need to contact them right away to straighten this out. Sometimes it is someone with the same name as yours but it was not you.
If you have done something suspect then keep your distance!

First what type of interview were you schedule for? Did you take and pass any type of test? Did you submit all required documents. Were your fingerprints good? You need to take all of this into consideration. If I were you I would go to the Immigration Office where you took your test and inquire about why it's taken so long.
