Al Qaeda is always running away from their pursuers because they are cowards.

Sad, but true. There was no Al Qaeda in Iraq until the USA invaded. Now Iraq is the HQ. Almost as if Al Qaeda is just another department within the US government. Strange. ;-)

I guess so since they are hiding in the mountains and in Iraq...you sure you are asking why al qaeda is safer? it sounds like a weird question
