i am 21, she is unemployed and so is my stepfather, i have 2 younger siblings who does nothing but watch television.
please give me any advice about this situation.

Seriously? Move out. That way you can have your own life and maybe it will force the parents to find jobs.

It's her house. Ask her what she would like you to be responsible for and then everynight between 7pm and 8pm, make sure it's taken care of and done.
If you don't like it, move out and get your own place to live in.

Tell her you are finding your own place to get peace and quiet. then do it
