Yes, dogs can be cross-eyed. They, however do not destroy them @ birth as the person above stated. My sister has an American Bull dog that the breeder had neutered and put up for adoption, as opposed to having a possible genome link to the cross-eyed syndrome. He is adorable, w/a great temperament!

yes they can be. I do not know if they are destroyed at birth or not, but I can't imagine why they would be. I am fairly certain that there is a medical procedure to correct it, just as there are for other issues with an animal's health.

Yes, they can. They are not as common as cross-eyed people, but they do occur. Since dogs are largely privately owned, you wouldn't see one unless one belonged to someone you know.
