To make a homemade air gun would be nearly impossible..I doubt that even a master gunsmith with Beeman would make the attempt..If you want a cheap BB gun, or one of the finest air rifles in the world you will find both at http://www.airgunwarehouseinc.com they generally have the best prices on air guns...http://www.pyramydair.com is another good site...Your local Wal-Mart will have Daisy BB guns for $20-$30

all it requires is a little thought and creativity, put a PVC pipe on the end of an air compressor with a quick release valve and you can shoot things bigger that a bb.
