ok the man i chose to ignore has been in contact and he is acting friendly as another girl on scene who has just got out of hospital so wants to be mates (i reallly like him ) if i have to be mates ill have to be but i think we would be good together

Winning a man's heart is easy when u dont run after him,but let him follow u.Be his friend first.Be a mystery to him in some way.Avoid being tempted to reveal everything about u,initially.Most important is treat him well and take interest in him.

You have to be honest be yourself,don't pretend to be someone you ain't..
but since you chose to ignore him at first he probally thinks you don't like him...
In the End he will choose if he wants her or you,if you force him to make a decision he will end up picking the other cuz he won't wanna be forced to make his decision.
