Walk/jog a lot. Twice a day will help. Eat smaller meals; no junk food. Swimming will also help. Eat raw, steamed veggies, salads. Consume more protein and less carbs.

You have to have a good balance of diet and exercise. Since you want to lose that much weight, I would not suggest running or jogging because you could start having knee problems along with numerous other problems. Instead, walk a lot... you can on lunch breaks, when you wake up and when you get home from work. You could also get a bike and ride it.
A fruit and vegetable diet is not healthy, your body is not getting all of the nutrients it needs to function properly. You should try a good balance of Protein fat and carbs.. and make sure you are eating "clean" This means only shop for foods on the "outside" isles of the grocery store (ie meats, veggies and dairy), you will find the most healthy foods there for you. Try not to eat foods with a lot of gluten in them, your body does not know how to digest it, instead choose whole grains.
You need to watch everything you eat, keep a food journal. Eat 5 small meals a day. It might be good for you to try a take a beginner level kickboxing class or something to jumpstart burning calories.
Always check with your doctor before starting an excercise regime... if you have to lose that much weight your Doc might be able to prescribe something for you to curb your appetite and burn calories.
Hope that helps....
Remember, at first you will lose a lot, then start to plateau, don't get discouraged, lower your caloric intake or up you excercise.. when you plateau.. you body is telling you its ready for more!!!
Good luck!!

For now walking is a better choice... until you've shed those pounds... once you succeeded in losing 75 lbs... then you can run for 20 minutes/ day minimum to keep the weight off. Running when you are overweight isn't good for your joints.
Go to "isagenix.com"..... you can get a package for cleansing for 9 days... which will help you get started with guaranteed results (up to 10 pounds after 9 days) , if you follow the instructions diligently. It requires that you exercise moderately... like walking for 30 minutes. It comes with snack tablets, vitamins and a container of shake of your choice. It also asks you to eat sensibly... like organic fruits and vegetables. If you think it's working for you, then you can get the 30 day packet. Good luck!

The fruit and vegtable thing will help in the first phase of your diet (about a week) but after that I would try just cutting some fat and sweets out and control your portions. The key is to eat until you're not hungry, not until you're about to bust! Running, eliptical machine, a fitness class (even a dvd or one of the free ones on digital cable) work well if you commit to 3-5 days. Good luck!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

If you want to loose excess weight, you need to modify your diet to some extent by cutting down on calories. But make sure that it is nutritious, or else it will only increase your appetite and make you feel hungry, when your main goal is trying to loose weight. Exercising regularly is equally important. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. Power walk for 45 minuetes a day... if you start to become real comfortble with that, then I would get a doctors reccomendation if it is safe to jog or run. I would reccomend going to the library and picking up a cooking light cook book or trying to find meals with 10 grams of fat and lower in a serving. Try to eat whole grains. Caffeine free green tea is great for energy.
