Ebay would probably be your best bet. If you can find a forum online somewhere for planes then you might be able to sell it there.

Do a search for those interested in the restoration of Ryan aircraft or an owner association, that engine will fit on more than one aircraft. The folks involved in flying and maintaining these antiques would be most interested.

You will have to pay to list it, but by far, Trade A Plane is the go to source for most buyers of used (and new) aircraft and parts
Is it by chance,a Desert Aircraft 150cc Boxer engine? What is TBO?
