Try something cool...a popcycle, or something cool on her cheek.

Put a warm wet cloth on the side she is getting tooth pain....dont make the cloth soaking wet but a little and make sure you ask her if its too hot before putting in on her cheek....and you can put a little tooth paste on ur finger and rub the side of the gums that are hurting in her mouth for her, if its bacteria that will do it and the massagin will calm down the pain until ur parents come home.

Give her Orajel, it comes in what looks like cotton swabs, but you crack one and it has a liquid that travels to the cotton part, you then swipe the cotton onto the gums where the aching tooth is. That liquid as a numbing effect. It is only temporary.

Is there an adult you can call? A neighbor?

Call your parents and ask them to come home early. You don't mention your age, but you should probably not administer any kind of medicine without an adult present.

A whole clove laid against the tooth may help. Try to get it between the tooth and the inside of her cheek. tell her not to bite it or swallow it.

childrens tylenol or motrin will work, but read the directions on how much to give her. Or if you have some ora-gel put that on the tooth.

let her sip cold water. if that doesnt work try fairly warm water. different people react differently to hot/cold. but one of them will usually work to ease the pain a bit. also might want to see if your parents have any oralgel or ambisol around.
