Since you didn't say whether you are a boy or a girl, nor any other personal information, it's hard to know. But at your weight, you need to include a trip to the doctor to discuss it all. Two reasons: diet and exercise.

For the diet, the doctor needs to assess whether you have any metabolic imbalances or allergies or whatever that would interfere in your simply eating smaller portions of what you already eat. He may refer you to a nutritionist, or may have printed forms such as those used by diabetics, where food is counted on "exchanges." You can eat what you like best of a certain list of foods, but you must stick to the quantities listed and in the proportions of the different types. It's not complicated, and it is pretty flexible.

With regard to exercise, the doctor needs to check your heart and lungs, your muscle tone, and various other details to make recommendations as to what sort of exercise you should increase, and over what period of time. Again, he may refer you to a physical therapist.

It is marvelous that you are working on this now, while you are young enough that your skin will tighten up (maybe with some massage; usually the sort intimate friends can enjoy doing for you), and you will be able to firm up your muscles if you take it seriously. Go slow. Remember it took you quite a while to get that out of shape; it's going to be quite a long time getting back to what you really should be.

And that, of course, is different for different people. Look at your family, the place where both your genes and your food habits come from. What does this tell you about the natural tendency of your gene pool to store weight on their bodies in the form of fat, like my German ancestors, against the cold of those long winters? And what does that tell you about the sort (and amount) of exercise you will need to keep those muscles well toned?

There are hundreds of websites that will help you. But the basics are you should eat 3 balanced meals a day and drink at least a gallon of water (this is fabulous for the skin). Cut out sugars, carbs, & fats and take up an excerise program. Limit soda's to only 0 calorie and only 1-2 a day at most if at all.

u should diet and exercise a lot. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and avoid meat and fast food. drink diet sodas. the more you exercise, the more you have chance to lose weight. u r tottaly overweight and it might lead to a heart disease later in your life so be careful. run a lot, play sports, do some push-ups and sit-ups and eat healthy foods. when buying a food, make sure it's a low calorie and low fat food. take stairs instead of elevator and take long cuts instead of long cuts. you can also be a member of a gym and exercise on a regular basis.
