Why do Christians love to complain they are persecuted when they enjoy doing it so much to others?

I hear it on here constantly about how they think are so abused. As proof they site some website that lists someone in some country they couldn't find on a map if you paid them. Yet not one of them can ever name someone they know personally who has been persecuted because of their religious convictions as a Christian. Yet, I bet if you asked someone gay, Muslim, Jewish, Black or God forbid Pagan, they could name several specific incidents of themselves or their kind being persecuted by CHRISTIANS. It would seem that if they were really so persecuted they'd stand up for others who really are persecuted instead of joining in.

Being held accountable for your actions, just because you think your religion says it's okay, isn't persecution. Let me make it simple, if your religion says to murder gays, you do it, then go to prison, that is not persecution.

Any religion that is solely based on a book that not only spreads fear through lies, but claims to be the only way to cross over, leaves itself open to ridicule by others with common sense.

I am a Christian. I don't love to complain, nor do I complain that I am persecuted. I don't persecute others. I don't think that I am abused. I perceive that some people are offended by my faith, but that's fine.

I can find most countries in an atlas, as well as many bodies of water and things like mountain ranges, deserts, and so forth.

I have never persecuted a Muslim, Jew, black person, pagan, homosexuals, or anyone else.

Name one or two Christians who persecute, why don't you, instead of accusing all of us as a group and thereby eroding your own credibility by succumbing to that of which you are complaining here.

A friend of mine is from Iraq. He has no doubt that Christians are persecuted there. I believe him. Any Christian who treats gays more harshly than others, such as adulterers, thieves, etc. is either a poor Christian or no Christian at all. Every mature Christian treats all sinners the same and includes him- or herself among them; therefore, it is silly to discriminate.

Not all of them. I dont like persecuting people for their believes. I agree with you. Well not really... I mean.. Come one.. Why couldnt you just ask, why do some Christians.. ETC. I do believe that Catholicism kind of persecutes gay people, but i dont have any problems with gay. It is really the pope which finds it wrong and inhumane to be gay.
