The dartord crossing (I think that includes bridge and tunnel) have an annual turnover of around 65 Million Pounds. So that's about 178,000 pounds a day! That's more than 7,400 pounds/hour. I wish I was on that kind of money!
Just for your info, there are around 140,000 vehicules using the crossing everyday (including 10% lorries).
Oh, by the way, I think that you just have to divide all figures by 2 if you want the actual data for the tunnel.

Oodles 'n oodles - bet they've paid for the QEII bridge 5 times over already. lol
Still I reckon the view from QEII is worth the £1 car fee anyway - and cheaper than the 'Eye'
