Ah Gareth, i think what you are trying to ask is HOW CAN YOU TELL IF YOUR WIFE LOVES YOU OR THE GUY NEXT DOOR AND HOW CAN YOU ASK HER' am I right?
The way to tell is does she sneak of to spend time with him, or always ask him round to your house, does she always talk about him or compare what you do to what he does.
If you are really paranoid about it just come straight out and ask her, it may ruin your relationship or she may just be flattered that you are jealous, but the more you beat yourself up about it the more strain you are putting on your relationship and you will just become jealous of every man she comes into contact with.

Go to your doctor and yes...ASK..u need to know but I don't really know what ur talking about, can u be more spefic please? If you're talking about how to find out if ur pregant or not, go to the doctor or take a pregancty test. If you're talking about how to tell ur boyfriend/ husband if ur pregant...then suprise him!
