chew some chewing gum for 28 minutes then weigh it, then stick it to the bucket and weigh it all, then take away what the gum weighs from the weight of the bucket and gum and thats it. god im confused now and why are my family all chewing gum?

The holes don't weight anything unless you have highly technical equipment use dot weight air(which is the filler of the holes)
For you the holes don't weight anything.
weight th ebucket to get it's weight and that is all you will get.
