My definition of a sensible diet is to eat only fruit, vegetables, nuts, baked fish and chicken. Eating a piece of fruit and some nuts for snacking.Drinking plenty of water, juices, smoothies and protein drinks. I would avoid eating chocolate, and fast foods .Just mainly eating only healthy foods.

i studied food and nutrition. the defination for sensible diet is to eat 3 days a meal, with one serving of vegetable, one serving of meat or fish, one serving of rice or noodles, and one serving of fruit in each meal. however, it should be taken with minimum amount of salt, sugar and oil. we should not continue to eat as long as we feel that we are full. we can also take some dried fruits that have low sugar or salt/sodium contents as snacks if we are hungry.

i dont know, something along the lines variety, and in proportion each serving, ie. vegatables, fruits, cereals etc, a bit of chocolate here and there, a spoon of honey, maybe a dollop of creme fraiche instead etc

a bit of everything in moderation is good i think, unless it's highly toxic or something
