when they know that they are just as much capable of doing what contradicts that conscience and do the most heinous of things? Is god not present in all of us? We only need to look inwards!

well... ... because they find it hard to believe that there is a GOd in them...... for them..... their concepts of God are based on books and what they hear from people...... they have never tried to figure God out themselves...... they havent been able to understand who they are ( conscience) ....... they are yet to realise the power.... intelligence they have within themselves.....

I know because their is NO SUCH THING AS GOD! I feel so sorry for the millions of brainwashed people out there who live their lives according so some friggin book that has absolutely NO Basis in fact!
I believe what I can see, hear, touch and feel. Not some fake poof of smoke that I'm supposed to worship!

People should listen to their conscience. If they still have one, it is from God to guide you.
